We build homes that people can use, so this website has to meet the same standard. It is designed to conform with WCAG 2.1 AA.

• Body text starts at 19 pixels and can be enlarged without breaking the layout
• Every button, link, and menu row is at least 44 pixels tall
• Color contrast is checked against the AA threshold on both brand colors
• The entire site works by keyboard, with visible focus indicators
• Forms have real labels, and errors are announced rather than shown by color alone
• Animation is disabled automatically for anyone whose device requests reduced motion
